'The +Ve' reviewed in June edition of Jazzwise Magazine - (28/06/10)
The first official review of Becki's new album, 'The +Ve' has been published by Jazzwise Magazine. In June's edition of the magazine, the album is given a glowing review by Peter Quinn. Becki Biggins features on Pizza Express Podcast!
A little while ago, after Becki's second sell-out performance at Pizza Express, she was interviewed for their monthly Podcast, which features interviews and live performances (recorded at the venue) from Pizza Express' very favourite artists. Performers featured in the past include Gilad Atzmon, Tim Garland and Gretchen Parlato, so our girl is keeping good company!

19 The Vision is available NOW!
Paul Hardcastle has decided to remake and re-release his 1985 hit, 19. No less than four new versions of the classic are now available, with Becki's vocals featuring on the chillout mix, 19 The Vision.
This is to be Becki's first UK single, and is available as a download from iTunes, Amazon etc. Make sure to tell your friends it's available now!

Becki's Second Independent Album, The +Ve, Out Now!
In what is certainly the most exciting news this year, we're thrilled to tell you that Beck's second independently produced album, The +Ve ("The Positive"), is out now. Recorded in November, and featuring the Laurie Holloway trio and Malcolm Edmonstone, this album is a must-have for any Team BB supporters!
The limited edition CD features 12 tracks, including jazz standards beautifully arranged by Becki, Laurie Holloway and Malcolm Edmonstone. The album's very individual and eyecatching artwork is by Darren Nelson, and the disc is packaged in an environmentally-friendly Digipak case.

BB featured in May's KMAG
If, like us here at Team BB, you had trouble believing that jazz and drum n' bass could make a happy partnership, grab yourself a copy of this month's edition of KMAG. Free with May's issue is the second album this year by DJ Trax, entitled Thoughts In Widescreen.
Becki co-wrote, and performs on, the track 'Heaven's Gate' - an original soundscape featuring Trax's up-tempo rhythms against Becki's haunting vocals. The song was recently featured on the MaryAnn Hobbs show on BBC Radio 1. May's edition of KMAG is out now.

We're not sure if this is a closely guarded secret, but Becki has recently been stepping outside the realms of jazz and has been recording... DRUM N' BASS!
She has been working with well-known Trax on his two recent albums - 1000 Pictures, which is a chillout album, and a more up tempo album to be released with May's Edition of magazine The Knowledge.
One of the tracks from the Knowledge album, entitled Heaven's Gate was adopted by two Radio 1 DJs, and was played twice on the station. Sadly, the shows are no longer available on BBC iPlayer, but you can get more information on DJ Trax by going to www.djtrax.org
